I’m rarely unhappy, and even when I’m unhappy, I won’t be that long. But I was not active before. I’m not hopelessly negative, but I’m not Construction Email List positive. When I was a teenager, I would complain, have low self-esteem, and criticize others. Over the years, I have become positive and optimistic. Add that to the fact that I’ve been blogging and mentoring full-time for the past five years to help others live more consciously and actively.

And it’s clear that I’m a far cry from who I was 15 years ago. Interestingly, many people think that positivity is ingrained: either you are born positive or you are not. There is no middle at all. However, I found this to be untrue because over the years I developed a positive personality by developing certain habits. These are also habits I teach my readers and clients to help them become more positive.
