Just venting while he or she is listening can help lighten negative emotions and thoughts and let them go. Venting while the other person is listening can also help clarify the situation aloud and begin to summarize what the problem is and what you can do to fix or improve the situation. Alternatively, you can ask your friends or family for advice, who can encourage you and share ways they have faced similar situations in their own lives.

5. Find inspiration and uplifting support from your world. Taking it out and having basic and uplifting conversations like the one above can work well. Another thing that often helps me is learning from people who have been where I want to be. Many of them bumego made similar mistakes. So read books, blogs, listen to podcasts or watch Youtube videos to see how they deal with obstacles.

Mistakes and low points before or during their success. This – or sometimes just reading or listening to anything that motivates me for 20-30 minutes – usually fuels my optimism and motivation, making it easier for me to get back to work to fix mistakes and improve my current situation.
